Variously called magic zines, mini zines, one page zines, single sheet zine. This layout lets you make a zine out of a single sheet of paper. Fold it into eighths, cut the center, and it turns into a zine with 8 pages — no binding or stapling needed. People sometimes print a poster on the back.

Select one of the "Magic Zine" layouts in Spectrolite. You can use the Layout Type filter to show just the magic zines, if you want.
Upload an 8 page PDF. If you have more or less than 8 pages Spectrolite will add or remove pages at the end of the zine. It will lay them out, something like this:
There's also an optional Center Mark (a small + for lining your print up on the sheet of paper) and Clean Margins (to erase any marks you might have made in the unprintable areas around the very edges of the paper).
After you use the layout, you can send it to the Canvas in Spectrolite to do color separation and/or halftoning before you risograph print your mini-zine.
Note that pages 1 & 8, the front and back cover, are away from the lead edge of the page. That's because they are often the most inky/colorful, so it's good to position them that way in case the print is making multiple passes through the risograph machine.
